Taylor Momsen has to be the best-dressed sixteen year old on the planet, if not, at least in the U.S. She can't even drive {maybe now that she just turned 16} and she's a full-blown fashion icon and trendsetter who keeps the best fashion minds and blogs talking. Needless to say I'm smitten by her sense of style! Apparently she's also the most mature 16 year old you've ever met because word is that she couldn't possibly hang out with people her own age due to her lifestyle... they just wouldn't understand. I never thought I'd be interested in hanging out with a teenager other than my little sister, but I can't say I'd turn down a chat with Ms. Momsen!
